Return Request Page

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Request - Submit return request using the form below. 
  2. Return Team - Will then be emailed within 24 hours about your return request. 
  3. RMA & Return Label - We will either provide a return label or RMA # in the email. 
  4. Pack - Once you receive the return label or RMA. You can use the original packaging or repackage the return item. Please securely pack, remove old bar codes and labels if reusing original packaging. 
  5. Drop Off & Pick Up - You will have to drop off to your nearest post office or schedule a pick up with the carrier on their website. 
  6. Carrier Tracking - If you are not provided a return label, please email us the return tracking or record the tracking number just in case we run into transit issues. 
  7. Refund & ExchangesReturns can take 1-2 weeks to receive and process and an additional 2-5 days after a refund is issued depending on your credit card processor. Exchanges will be shipped next business day when original item is received. *Please note if product is not available for exchange, we will issue a refund.
